Ambassadors for Community and Education (ACE) Matters is a new group of young professionals dedicated to supporting both Community Matters and Education Matters. ACE strives to build into future leaders by offering networking opportunities, supporting career development, and offering opportunities to take on leadership roles with community events and programming.

Joining ACE Matters was more than just a choice for me. After being part of the community these last few years, I feel it is my duty to continue the mission. What is this mission? Ultimately, we strive to inspire those around us and strengthen others as well as ourselves. We are removing barriers to education and providing opportunities for a community that has shown determination and great strides in improving itself.

In serving as ambassadors of Community Matters and Education Matters, we will promote and represent the goals of both organizations as they continue to implement the necessary tools in impacting the world around us. Personally, I would love to connect with all the individuals who are impacted by us. This is inclusive of not only just the community members we engage with, but also the dedicated individuals that are a part of each organization as they have made it their career to help others who are in need.

– Aisha Jordan, Co-Chair
